Day 1:

 

Arrival at Zurich or Geneva airport, transportation to Val d'Anniviers/Valais. Bike setup, gear check, and discussion of the weekly schedule.

 

Day 2:

 

Utilize local cable cars for easier ascent. Ride beautiful trails to a mountain hut, followed by a mountain trail descent to the valley floor. Transportation back to the hotel.

 

Day 3:

 

Tour with approximately 300 meters ascent and 2500 meters descent. Rocky sections followed by flowing trails through the forest.

 

Day 4:

 

Morning transfer to Aletsch region with a massive glacier. Hotel located at an alp, reached by cable car. Half-day tour to see the glacier.

 

Day 5:

 

Early cable car ride along the largest glacier in the Alps. Enjoy local specialties at a mountain hut. Afternoon drive to Zermatt.

 

Day 6:

 

Take Gornergratbahn to 3100 meters. Ride easier runs in the morning and adapt to group preferences in the afternoon.

 

Day 7:

 

Explore more trails in Zermatt using cable cars. Evening celebration with a final meal and drinks.

 

Day 8:

 

Shuttle to the airport, train station, or car park.

 

Accommodation and Catering: Mix of mountain huts, mountain hotels, and valley hotels. Authentic Swiss hotels, double rooms (except for a mountain hut with a group room), breakfast included. Provisions/lunch can be ordered.
